Is it time to end privatized military housing?

IMO, it worked better when the CG and Garrison Commander were in the food chain.

There's nothing recent about this. This has been going on for over a decade now. It's not as if our leaders haven't known. First Sergeants and commanders have gotten into pissing matches with housing over substandard living quarters since I rejoined in 2006. They all come to the understanding that changing housing policy is impossible and has to come from Congress.
