Feinstein's climate change discussion with schoolchildren gets heated

Senators comments make it clear that Members of Congress represent their ideals, not those of their constituents. She spoke with arrogance, and was combative with the children. These are the comments I found most offensive, and what I heard.
"I've been doing this for 30 years. I know what I'm doing,"
I heard: I know what's better for my constituents than they do. My comment: Length of time in a position, and three decades of failing to fix what's broken, doesn't support the argument that you know what you're doing. It supports the argument for term limits.
Feinstein says. "You come in here and you say, 'It has to be my way or the highway.' I don't respond to that."
I heard: I don't care what you have to say if you disagree with me.
My comment: this isn't how I expect a MOC to speak to children visiting their representative in Congress.
"I've gotten elected. I just ran," she continues. "I was elected by almost a million-vote plurality, and I know what I'm doing. So, you know, maybe people should listen a little bit."
I heard: The number of votes I won by means I know more than you, so your position needs to change. I won by such a large margin that I can speak to children any way I choose.
In the video, Feinstein also asks a girl how old she is as the girl says politicians should listen to the people they represent. The girl replies that she is 16.
A teen stated she should listen to those who voted for her. Feinstein asked her age, and the teen said she was 16.
"Well, you didn't vote for me."
I heard: I know your teachers have taught you that your MOC represent you, but children and teens don't have a vote, so they don't have a voice.
Later, a young woman (I believe she was of voting age) stresses the need for a climate plan with "bold, transformative action," and Feinstein replies, "Well, you know better than I do." (Note: This was a someone who the 16 year old appeared to point to when Feinstein had told her she didn't vote for her, suggesting that person had voted for her).
I heard: Look smarta$$, I just told you I've been doing this for 30 years and that you should listen, as I know better than you.
"So I think one day you should run for the Senate, and then you do it your way. But in the meantime, I just won a big election," the senator adds.
I heard: Look bit@!, I just killed this election, I told you my 30 years hear makes me smarter and know what's best for you. So, you run for office and win, until then, I'll continue with my personal agenda.

You had me at term limits.
If there is one thing being mentioned these days that I would go out and campaign for, that is it.

I wanted to hear the attendees answer on how they planned on paying for it.

Concur. Should've happened 20 years ago, but it won't happen when the people voting have zero desire, or motivation, to give up the power, influence, and perks. I read what Cruz supports: limit of 12 years in the Senate, and 6 years in the House. The prior terms for sitting members, of course, wouldn't count, so they could essentially have another 18 years to keep messing things up. It would be better than nothing, though.
