That is a fact, it makes all the difference in the world who's who. A non elected soldier/person type would had been placed under the jail, after having the book thrown at them.

I do not believe her handling of classified material was for expediency or an error. At certain times Clinton had security programs on the State Department computer system disabled so her servers could integrate with the State Department system. Clinton obtained and stored classified material on nonsecure devices, classified material was found on the lap top Wiener used when baiting underage girls. Clinton did not retain government records as required by law. Clinton failed to understand the document classification system. During her testimony she though the “C” stamped on documents ment copy. Clinton was obligated to understand the security classification system in place. The original report said Hillary handled classified material in an extremely negligent manner. Strzok changed the wording to careless manner. The negligent manner would have been a criminal offense. Bill Clinton’s CIA Director was pardoned by Bill Clinton. His offense was having classified material on his private lap top. So yes Hillary got a critical pass.

I don't know about all that political stuff, but I usually don't think of the word "commingling" when considering emails. I think first about the Eucharistic action during the Mass. After that, I reflect upon the mixing of body fluids in what could be a very good or a very bad experience.
