As of November 1 2019 Oklahoma went Constitutional carry. We no longer need a license to carry openly or concealed. 18 year olds need to be in the military or National Guard to carry otherwise its 21 years of age. This also goes for long guns IE rifles or shotguns.

The clip was slanted against "constitutional carry". I would have responded to that "friendly fire killing trained police officers, so more 'guns on the street' in CIVILIAN hands would be murderous" nonsense, so I assume some supporter of the bill would have done the same. It was not in the clip.
What are the chances that Oklahoma will be #14 in "constitutional carry"?
