Its a mess as I thought it would be so I am not surprised there. However thought I would post as there has been some analysis on Trumps tax forms that have been released and are in the public domain. It is untrue when people state none of his Tax forms have been released publicly. The correct statement is that his tax forms have not been released in their entirety. I would agree with the author that it does not appear Trump is the careful micromanager that he portrays himself to be. Though having been a Night Auditor in my past for the Wyndham Hotel Chain, room occupancy rates above 70% are respectable, above 80% are pretty decent in a competitive market but I cannot comment on the second part which is the average room rate as I have no clue on what the market rates were back then for a room at a resort. The average room rate is what the guests paid minus money spent on incentives (package deals, discounts, comps, etc).
