There's no question that walls work. The Democrats themselves argued the case for a wall along the Mexican/American border until President Trump wanted it. So, what's the real problem here? Simply this. The Democrats can't afford for President Trump to have any more successes, any more victories, any more positive outcomes, if they are to have any hope of beating him in 2020. The economy. Jobs. Low unemployment. Record unemployment among minorities that the Democrats rely on. And more. It's a helluva record crying for the reelection of President Trump. If he stems the tide of illegal aliens and the crimes associated with them, it will just be another reason to vote for him even if you hate his looks, his bluster, his pompous attitude, his morals, or anything else. America needs successes. We've been bled almost to death with good intentions. We desperately need good results.

Fact, the wall would only cost .00129% of the $4.407 trillion that would be spent in 2019. Fact, Pelosi, Schumer, and other democrats supported a fence (wall) back in 2013. Fact, the fence or wall (or whatever you want to call it), works. The democrats are only against this because they hate President Trump. And they are letting their hatred affect 800,000 plus lives.

Democrats are playing the odds. While disenfranchising 800k seems like a bad maker until you think about the 22 Million they have infiltrated in here as a new voter base. Now the odds look pretty good in the Democrats favor. That is until some of the victim groups that make up the Democratic electorate figure out that they were sold out.

US already has over 650 miles of fence from previous Secure Fence Act of 2006. It got breached thousands of times and does not address other tactics (I.e. mail, overstaying visa, bribing corrupt Border Patrol agents, etc.)
