You need a safe place to keep this. We have pistols, a lot easier to store safely.

Well rounded, prudent article. Pretty much nothing but the facts. I love the AR-15 because it is easy to maneuver, light weight compared to my carbine or M-1 Garand, and you have the choice of many different rounds to fit the specific reason you are using the AR-15 for. Lightweight so you don't over-penetrate, or heaver for better accuracy at long range. And, the recoil is very minimal so you can teach just about anyone you care about in the operation of this weapon.
