Quite a story. I served on Camp Coiner at the far north end of the Yongsan base from May 2003-July 2004. I am glad it's being returned to South Korea but sad that another part of the Army I served in is going away.

Hmm I was in Camp Coiner from June 92-June 93, 199th PSC. Interesting

I was stationed at Niblo Barracks in Han Noem Doeng(?) in 74 and Camp Greaves (DMZ) in '75. I hear that both have been turned over to the South Koreans and no U.S. troops are there except at Panmunjom
