Is this fake news? I thought soldiers are specifically under general order number one? Our soldiers who travel to Canada we're not allowed to drink went on Mission and exercise similar to the one that was happening in Scandinavia. Any active duty guys can give me some insight on why general or number one is being rescinded for this NATO exercise?
