So, we should forget Constitutional protections? No one supports sexual harassment or assault. Only those that lie for a variety of reasons. It seems your position changes depending on who is allegedly guilty, Democrat or Republican. All genders are fully capable of lying and do so. This so called fear of filing a claim, particularly if true, is setting the table for more of the same for other victims. BTW, there are many sexual assaults on males, can we also assume they are all true?

I don't think he's made it more complicated, I think he's simply stating that accuse someone but bring evidence with you. Watch the Dr. Ford testimony (which is what actually messed it up for women in this fight) because you can accuse someone all day but unless there's actual evidence, how you can indict and convict beyond a reasonable doubt? I am totally against these things happening but I think what you're starting to see is the pendulum starting to shift away destroying the man over an allegation and forcing the accuser to come up with the collaboration and evidence to support their stories.
