New VA rankings: Five hospitals get lowest one-star rating for third year

I Live in El Paso, TX. For us, it is a multi-hit problem. No Doctors want to move to El Paso, very few want the constraints of VA and the lack of files from Active Duty to VA, and we have one of the highest property tax in the nation. The people I have had to deal with so far are wonderful. They tell me they have a >30% "no show" for appointments that leave people waiting while the no show does not call or email to cancel.

It is NOT an easy fix. I do NOT know how to fix it. Our local Politicians make DC look like Choir Boys (actually take pride in their corruption).

Just my $0.02 for what it is worth.
