With the amount of surveillance cameras out there and cell phones tracking everywhere I go, I just assume that I have no privacy about where I travel.

Thanks for the heads up. The camera tickets here in TN were outlawed, but some were grandfathered in. Folks refusing to pay tickets.

They should be outlawed, as a retired Police Officer I can tell You just a number on a speed ,measuring device isn't enough. When We used radar, 1st You had to check the accuracy before You even used it, devices such as tuning forks were often used, You had to insure the display was clear on digital number. The radar had to be checked also and certified on a regular basis to attest that it was in proper working condition before it was even used. You can't take the human element out of it for both checking and making sure the equipment works properly and also Your own observations. Also just how is a camera going to testify in Court, You do have the right to confront Your accuser in court and ask questions, the camera can't do that. A human that brings that into court if He wasn't present to observe the alleged violation is only a viewer of the film, He didn't observe the actual violation when it happened.
