Lt Col Charlie Brown - Well deserved. MST is something that should never happen yet it does. I had a guy in one of my substance abuse certificate program classes that had a mild form of cerebral palsy and was in the Navy in the late 70s early 80s. He and I were talking after class one day and he said that he had been sexually assaulted while in the Navy (by a male & who was “a chaplain”) Horrific on any account of MST.
