SSG Jessica Bautista - We all know that the pay raises do not keep up with cost of living or inflation. It never has. HOWEVER, it is still a pay raise which is better than what it was for the past NINE YEARS! And gee, interesting how while OBAMA was in office, the average military pay raise was 1.9% with the LOWEST for TWO YEARS was 1%. Interesting how YOU never give President Trump credit for ANYTHING positive that he does. Just to name a few: President Trump has DONATED his Presidential Salary back to the Federal Government. Not to mention him donating HIS PERSONAL money for Hurricane relief. Yet, YOU sit back and say NOTHING. You would rather bash President Trump, but Lord forbid if someone says something negative about Obama. That is PATHETIC! Save your hypocrisy for someone else.

Not taking anything away from Sen. John McCain’s service but the problem I have is all the veteran deaths that occurred while waiting for medical care at the Phoenix VA Hospital. You can’t tell me that his office was never called by these veterans or their families to notify him of these long delays in receiving health care. I’m sure Sen. McCain never had to wait for health Care.
