We know the world is warming up due to global warming that, in my opinion, it's not the fault of mankind so don't tax us Democrats or Liberals(From Canada Where I live and where Carbon taxes are a reality).
Take that carbon tax scam money and use it toward your 2% of GDP toward rebuilding your Navy, Germany and the United Kingdom! You too Canada and other countries that I haven't mentioned who have neglected their navies and left their supply ships rust until they have to be cut up for scrap.
Stop with the BS Kyoto Accords and put the money into defense not stupid carbon capture or raising your
Canadian gas prices by $0.50 a gallon and raising your natural gas prices by up to $30 a month call for a stupid carbon tax scam!
President Obama said a few years back for the biggest threat to the world was global warming but what he should have said is the biggest threat to the world is Russia, Iran, China and North Korea ganging up on us and dividing our allies because president Trump was not a wuss and told them that they were being negligent in their defense.
Undecided Democrats, don't let socialist Alexandria Ocasio Cortez win because she will put the money towards stupid carbon taxes and not toward defense.
The money collected from carbon taxes will help make America uncompetitive and lead to economic downturn like what starting to happen in Canada and that's why the Canadian provinces are starting to discuss seriously contesting the carbon tax scam because it's hurt too many Industries. put the money that you would have put toward the tart carbon tax can and put it toward the Canadian, German and other navies. Screw the Kyoto Accord it's about as worthless as the Iranian nuclear deal before President Trump canceled it.

The US, which has not signed accords or left them, has reduced it's "carbon footprint" far more than those nations that have signed them. Those "accords" were merely pipelines to send US funds to other nations.

Yes, I am tongue-in-cheek about this since former POTUS Obama, Current PM Trudeau of Canada and PM Merkel from Germany are into KYOTO and not into the 2% of the GDP toward defense.

We don't even know that the world is warming up for sure Steve.
As I have and will continue to point out anywhere and everywhere the topic comes up our entire civilization has only been possible due to global warming.
There were periods many millions of years ago when the earth was quite warm.
That doesn't interest me.ice ages and global cooling have always been our most dangerous enemy..
The Spanish influenza was an enormous catastrophe but a single volcanic eruption can cause a several degree drop in global temperatures for years.
Mankind can adapt to warmer weather. Our crops can be modified.
Colder weather is what we can't handle.
I picture at some point a huge impetus to attempt global heating.

PO3 John Wagner Remember, the world was flat and that was final science. Science and inquisitive science finds new truths. Chris Columbus did know believe anyone could go to the moon. Science is so final, every week there is a new report that says I will die if I drink coffee or soda. Other reports say I will live longer. I wish people would not give my wife those reports!

Really long term data suggests that MANMADE global warming doesn't pass the smell test.
People as a rule have no concept of size or numbers outside of their daily experience.
There's the trouble... hell the media make the most egregiously stupid numerical mistakes in their reporting constantly.
I knew a few journalism majors in college. Using Shallow and stupid as descriptors would be giving most of them more credit than they are due as a group.
