I love he 1903A3 Springfield, have no experience with the Enfield.

Never shot a 1903 but I had a .303 Lee Enfield great rifle accurate well built but it will kick the crap out of ya originals have a brass butt plate

The 03A3 I shot was a bring back and was a hard hitter as well. I have a LE Number 5 MK 1 Jungle Carbine that's been sporterized unfortunately. It kicks pretty hard.
