Top Iranian general says his troops ‘ready to confront’ US

If the Iranians learned anything about Iraq it should be that you cannot allow the US to amass a force on the other side of your border and hope they don't use it or delude yourself into believing you can stop it with Russian gear and ill trained soldiers.

How they would reacted if we started putting in a massive force into Iraq near their border would be key. They might try to strike early/first. We would have air supremacy in about an hour and we all know how armor fares in the desert with no air cover.
