Christian Picciolini: How Do You Unlearn Hatred?

It took me a while to step away from the way I was brought up, those of the Jewish faith, and other nationalities weren't very well liked in my family. Moving away from that toxic environment helped out a lot.

Not easy if You have so blindly accepted hatred, it more a matter of learning You don't actually know much of anything about the people You think You have some reason to hate. Its a matter of learning You actually aren't better than others and that attitude will prevent You from even achieving what the people You hate may already have done. Once You come to grips with the fact You made Your own misery then maybe You will wake up. No one else did that to You ,You did it to Yourself and until You learn that the hatred will never leave. If You can't separate fact from fiction You may never unlearn the hatred, there are far too many examples of that in todays society.
