SGT (Join to see) short answer is no one cares about this type of news or the source. I just spent a week in New Orleans. I talked with folks from all over the US. Regardless if they voted for Trump they all stated their businesses were boomimg, profit margins have increased, they are hiring more people to keep up with demand..... the kicker is they all stated they will vote for him next election. I even met a couple in Lafayette Park near Camp St. They were homeless and wanted Trump to visit New Orleans so he could fix it. That one surprised me. They did not want a hand out. They wanted a job. Regardless of the minute by minute, unending Morning Joe the sky is Falling routine- the People aren't buying it. I say let them continue their childish outbursts and I pray to Mary that they run HRC on more time.

I agree wholeheartedly. I hear good things all the time. I get disheartened however when our "4th Estate" gets away with these things (see an earlier post of mine) and they do not get called out on it. I had to chuckle when I heard the pressure to impeach is to get him out of office because the Democrats know he will win in a landslide in 2020.

SGT (Join to see) the folks I met have cut the cord and watch shows on a Firestick or other such device. I think folks are tuning out and enjoying other pursuits. I know I read more now. I just finished Power, Faith, Fantasy if you are looking for a good book on the history of America.

I don’t like it either but it was in the opinion section where free speech is supposed to be unfettered. So which is it? Pro or Anti free speech for writers and cartoonists?
