Clinton pardoned a multi millionaire (who later contributed to his presidential library). The fellows name was Marc Rich. Mark had been charged with tax evasion but not yet been tried. Rich fled America and was a fugitive. So basically Marc Rich was Innocent but wanted for fleeing America. Denise Rich, Marks very attractive ex wife visited Clinton. Money for the Clinton library etc was set up and Holder figured out how to pardon an innocent man who had fled America to avoid prosecution. Neat trick huh?
