So, you served your country and are now considered a veteran. Did you find the adjustment to civilian life difficult or have you managed this transition with ease? If these are true for you, I need your help!

My name is Michael Lombardi, and I am a doctoral student at Adler University, Chicago. My personal experiences with service in the military and my reintegration process have fueled this dissertation study, which is dedicated to gaining a greater understanding of the difficulty faced by veterans upon re-entering civilian life. Your participation will help me to identify specific issues for veterans to make this transition more fluid. My goal is to decrease the strain felt by veterans when they become civilians and to increase their self-efficacy.

I am looking for participants who are 22+ years of age. Those who have served for a minimum of three years in any branch of the armed forces are invited to participate in a few short online surveys.
