This is interesting. I get a lot of political mail and I see a much larger (or so it seems) number of veterans running for office than in the recent past. At any rate, it appears a University in California is now offering a special degree for Veterans who want to run for office or do civic work in their communities. Thoughts?

Thank you! Interesting thought - and I believe there are politicians older than I, but I don't think I'll be going in there any time soon LOL - BUT - this tiny town decides it needs a new mayor every few years, and some have been "elected" with no knowledge they were running! Write-ins are funny things. One never knows LOL
