He really should relook the contract for $20 billion for integrated software. That is like 10% of the VA budget.

idk, if they were looking for a replacement while he was acting then they must not of exuberanted much confidence in him, maybe he's like Shulken, unfortunately he went on a pricey trip, he meant well it seemed, if this guy can't run it then Trump should find someone else.
