There are a lot of other things that went wrong than just what the media is talking about. It’s the Wild West out there and leaders need to clean it up before more of these things happen. Too much success has also contributed to how we do things.

True statement it just so much in the public eye where it can’t really be assessed properly. Seems like too much interference externally. Not as productive as talking to those veterans with experiences close to this.
