Rally Point always has 1 expert . I was told of a general whose ‘pickup’ went awry causing him to spend many months in a hospital. Do you know anyone that has been recovered by the Fulton System?

Often heard elders use the term "jerk a knot in your ass", so maybe this fits the bill for that. One fatality recorded. A SFC from 10 SFG in 1982 (Germany). I remember seeing the usage in The Green Berets with John Wayne.

I don't know of anyone extracted by the Fulton Recovery system CSM Charles Hayden . But, It reminds me of this scene in John Wayne's movie " The Green Berets ". Here is that scene . Thanks for the great post.
