This looks like a staged video. You can see the two cop cars in the background waiting until the "criminals" come out, and only move forward once they are about in the car. And NO Cop would run past a car like that without first checking it out. Still funny though.

Nice catch. I didn't realize that at first glance. After watching it again, one of the cop cars is pretty much right across the street.
