I have 2 .357s and a .38 Special. I would rather shoot the .38, but if it was a SHTF moment I'd go .357 every time.

A Jerry Miculek S&W 625 in 45ACP, also a S&W R8 327 in 357mag.

TSgt David L. - I since put on Hogue wooden grips, I really didn't like the feel of the JM grips, it was to small for me, and I really like finger grooves and checkering.

SGT (Join to see) - That's the down side of that frame; small grips. I like the Pacs or Houges.

TSgt David L. - The frame is a "N" frame, but round handel, a square butt would be better.

N frame is good. I'm not a big fan of the round butt. I'm not sure if you can swap them out for a square butt grip.
