First, AP should hire people who can write headlines better. I was expecting an article about how they will find a way to screw you six ways from Sunday if you cancel their service, or switch carriers.

Beyond that, I'll be surprised if the DOJ can get a Sherman "defense" blocking it to stick unless they can postpone it until after November, and only then if the new people coming in aren't already bought and paid for.
