"Cellphone footage that onlookers filmed of Thursday’s incident shows the two men sitting quietly at a table and talking for several minutes to police officers who have apparently been called to the store. They are then put in handcuffs and marched out."

From what I've read of a few articles, these two men were just sitting in the shop, didn't order anything and were waiting on a friend. Some staff member called the police on them solely because they sat there and didn't order anything. All the patrons seem to say the same thing that these two men did nothing wrong.

If that's the case - the employees that called the cops should get charged for filing a false report because they did nothing but waste time and resources of the police and hassle these men for no reason other than they're black.
