Screw the VA...I am so tired of our veterans getting the run around by people that have never worn the uniform!!! I know I don't have the whole story but there has to be a reason he chose the waiting room to carry this out but we will never hear that story. I just wish these clowns could walk a mile in the shoes of a hurting veteran that only has the VA to rely on. The reason I am so PO'd right now is that my father in law got the run around for three months on something they found on a routine visit for his annual checkup. He is having to go through his private insurance now just to get seen because they dropped his appt's because he wasn't sitting by the phone and didn't answer when they called to verify. Didn't leave a message just cancelled everything and he would have had to start all over.
