There was some during ODS and Vietnam, but not on the scale that became commonplace at the start of OIF. The media has no business on the battlefield and the battlefield has no place in the living room. That’s what causes all the bs with hands tied ROEs. That’s why we’re back in Iraq and still in Afghanistan.
