I've got at least a couple of weapons on this list. This will not pass Congress.

Someone went to a lot of work to draft that legislation. Wondering who they found to come up with all the various types of weapons, brands, etc. Maybe they will still allow the black-powder muzzleloader of 1776.

I thought the same thing. They should have just come out and said what they were going to allow us rubes to have. Single Shot BB gun, sling shot, 4oz organic ball of dryer lint, and flint lock musket which must be locked in biometric safe and allowed to be seen every 4th of July*

Capt Tom Brown I think you and LTC (Join to see) have it all wrong! They don't want to go back to muzzleloaders. They want to go back to the old west with the old lever action rifles and single action revolvers. I would not be totally opposed to that. Gentlemen walking the streets with their shooting iron strapped to their hip, Spittoons in the bars, tuberculosis, lets bring it all back.

Assault Muskets are a persistent imagined threat as soon as I heard the words. They'll be added to the list.

PO3 Steven Sherrill - I read a report that said the proposed Florida legislation would also ban the lever action rifle since it has a tube magazine,

this looks like the same legislation that Feinstein introduced in the senate last year.

LTC (Join to see) Don't know, don't care who introduced it, they all need to be voted out of office.
