I think the reaction to these uniforms is a little hyperbolic, but I can somewhat see the point. It's hard to understand how someone actually approved this color scheme. I mean, it's not enough that the color in the crotch is different...they added a black slash down the middle of it. I mean...how much more symbolic can you get?

Just comes to show that the United States has way too many prudes. It's a design, the athletes aren't complaining, the uniforms are performing as they should. people just need to get over themselves some times. At least the United States didn't have a "wardrobe malfunction", yet.
