Air Force, Aviation Authority, and Boeing officials to discuss new winter weather plan for CHS

I was stationed in Charleston 30 years ago. I remember hurricane rains and floods, but nothing like this kind of snow and ice shutdown. I wonder how the collaboration for a solution will work out with the Air Force owning the airstrip.
