It's not unusual for SC court justices to skip. It is unusual for a POTUS to tweet childish messages about a SC justice.

I thought that SCOTUS was supposed to be above politics? This is clearly a political move. It says a lot about her and her ability to be fair.

No, it's not necessarily political, since it's not uncommon for SC justices to skip. As it said, Scalia didn't go since 97 and Alito hasn't been since 2010.
