SSG Warren Swan - No scrub E-3 is getting a middle rack. As you may have gleaned, middle racks are prime territory on ships. They're easiest to get into and out of, and, when you lift them to access storage, you don't have to crouch or tippie-toe. So yea. On a ship of 5000 Sailors? An E-4 ain't gettin one. Period. I would, however, pimp my rack no end :). Velveteen blanket and pine scented car thingie to drown out the ambient atmosphere!
