Whole milk is not bad for you, it has natural fats that the reduced fat milks have had taken out. Almond milk is good, but different protein and fat. Still good though.
BMI is garbage but its an easy metric. Go figure, nothing good is easy; nothing easy is good. For my height I can weight 210... hahahaha however BMI and water displacement is very similar for BMI.
The new/proposed ACRT tells much more story than height, weight and 3 event APFT.

I haven't kept up with changes to the proposed ACRT but I hope it includes pullups and buddy carries.
