Now we are talking. Do this every day- invest in myself and my health. You take notice as you get older. I try to run 5 to 6 times a week and work a quick core workout a minimum of 2 days a week. I developed a Wellness Camp at our unit to help others with resiliency and PT issues. I will leave you with this thought as well- a small act of kindness is something to work in as well. Feeling good physically AND mentally is important. Great thought for Friday COL Mikel J. Burroughs

This is something that we say over and over to everyone especially those who are taking care of someone else. Put your own mask on first...that is, if you don't take care of yourself, you can't help anyone else. It isn't selfish to attend to your own wellbeing, it is required.

I have taken this advice to heart years ago, any time I am feeling under the weather, I make sure to get treatment. Have a great day COL Burroughs.
