Cop who shot crawling hotel guest cleared

Kinda makes you wonder about cops. Maybe something will come out of the sentencing if there is one and the perp doesn't walk. From the way that came down the cop was going to shoot the vic no matter what the vic did or didn't do, said or didn't say. He was out of luck before it began.
