This is the Second time I have had to do a Uniform Shift, Though slightly less expensive than the first time 2 complete sets of these ran me 345 Bucks. I didn't buy boots as I already have them.
The First time we dumped the Johnny Cash's, Milk men and Utility's for the NWU's and the NSU's, I was going over seas and had to pick them and the coats boots ect all up at once. That ran just short of 2000 bucks. I personally think the Navy is making bank off of this, you cant tell me it costs 50 bucks for a uniform pair of pants they are making millions of by the lowest bidder... While I know they give a uniform allowance I also know that it is easily recouped by the Military by over pricing items you can not get out in town. This is literally being forced to shop at the company store, they might as well just pay us in script.

PO3 Steven Sherrill
CPO (Join to see) you really shouldn't go giving them ideas like that. They may take you up on it.

This is part of the previous administration and those in charge in DOD!! These camouflage uniforms have no place in the Navy unless you are a SeaBee!! In my 22 years I went though 4 uniform changes, what a crock of bullpucky!!
