Unfortunately we still have Vietnam Vets fighting for benefits they deserve many still fighting the AO claims roller coaster.

Nothing new or surprising in the article. Congress has been side-stepping veteran issues since Day 1. They talk a good story but have little intention of making anything easy. It might take away from their time planning their next pay and benefit raises.
