This also appears to be another example of fake news directed at POTUS by political enemies. The attached article sheds some additional insights on what happened. It sounds like there were some legitimate concerns on the part of Walter Reed, however, the way in which it was handled and came across did not help their cause any.

I m not certain, I don't believe it got to Trumps Level. When I googled this yesterday, it simply stated an oversight problem. In effect the hospitals must have some oversight of programs that they could be held responsible for. So, perhaps a letter came out of Washington DC. They are the oversight for the hospitals. Simply making the action official. This will get ironed out, I have faith that compassion will win. We have Vet's that need a service dog and many, many professionals out there working on this passionate cause.
