You make some valid points in your response to the COL. But I have a few comments of my own to make. First off the CK wanted to stand up for what he saw as racial injustice in America. He chose to use his job and place of employment as his protest area. He has a right to do this no doubt. But we the fans have a right to not attend. The employer also has a right to let him go over this behavior. As for being treated differently because of th color of your skin, well it happens to a lot of folks. It is true that there is still groups that hate and groups that discriminate that are found across the color spectrum. Good and bad can be found in all shades of color. But how do bridge the divide? How do we find common ground? I honestly don’t know at this point. The issue seems to have ran off the road and now in the ditch burning. But maybe we can agree to respect each other’s views and go on with our lives. I personally disagree with the NFL players who need but respect their right to do it. So I vote to not buy or watch the games.

@ 1SG (Join to see) there will always be someone who has a reason to kneel. Our flag represents what no other flag has, a right to stand up for the oppressed, by standing up. Jim Brown has said, "Don't disrespect my country, don't disrespect my flag " I stand with Jim and COL Powers. Thank You for your service.
