Maybe targeted maybe just disabled by remote control.
Would anyone know wether there was the equivalent of a LoJack system installed on any military or other transportation equipment.
We could sneak into other countriess and install just such equipment on their vehicles our selves. Even a very small emp emitting device could certainly have sufficient power to completely disrupt communications and guidance systems on an aircraft.

Interesting! Saw King Fahad back in 1985 in Jubail when we commissioned SABAC Saudi Arabian National Oil Company. All workers were suppose to receive a new Rolex, but, no!

LOL! Just like the gold coin we were supposed to get in `86 when we trained the Saudis in F-15 air refueling during the Iran-Iraq war. Never got that either, though I'd rather have the Rolex.
