This was a really good read. The experience that these soldiers bring with them after 15-20 years of leading is very hard to compare to someone who is just highly educated. Real life experience, in most cases, grows a true leader---JMO

I was always told that a college education just taught you the vocabulary you would need when you got your real education in the working world. Education without experience isn't worth a great deal in the real world.
