Alex, SF has had a long history of just that. I am sure it happened before WWII but during WWII the OSS would recruit key people for key jobs, many were native German speakers etc... So we, SOF have had a long history with immigrants and citizenship. However, I guess if you are willing to work with SOF for the betterment of the USA than sounds like we they have the loyalty thing down. FYI this was/is not limited to WWII there have been other occasions since when OGA and the SOF community has done similar things.
