Not everyone that works at the VA are bad people. Just like anyplace you go there are bad apples.

SGT (Join to see) - You are right Keith, there is no reason to act that way, short of the fact that they pretty much have a guaranteed job! Some of the BS wont fly in the civilian sector.

SFC William Farrell, At least, in the civilian sector, there is someone to complain too. Have you ever tried complaining to a Federal entity like the IRS? It's a joke, even if you find someone to talk to.

"You can't fire your way to excellence"

As someone previously mentioned, not everyone is bad. It does a disservice to the people who are actually working hard to deliver great care by lumping them altogether. The entire VA system is not represented by the few who chose to make wrong decisions. Just food for thought.

I thought they had already cleaned house in Phoenix SGT (Join to see)? My twin brother actually worked at the Phoenix VA for years before he started working at Vermont VA. There were many good people there, its unfortunate the bad outshine the good!

SFC William Farrell, I thought so too, but I guess not. Maybe there are some more after these. This ought to send a message to the other VA's that action will be taken, and it's not just lip service.
