As it should be. If a woman or man says they want to have sex with you wearing a condom, then that is it. Once you remove that condom and “stealth “you are raping him/her.

IDK I guess I can see it problem is law inforcement has a hard enough time proving rape on normal terms.

Interesting, basically coitus becomes a contract. So if f a partner doesn't reach satisfaction can they sue for failure to perform? If one partner bedrooms beyond expectations is there a place for bonuses? Will there be a specialized group of lawyers practicing in the field of coitus ? Just a little speculation.
