*curses* *flails arms* Why do people have to bring race into everything? Also, Chicago. Why do people conveniently forget about Chicago? Criminals are the reason guns are a problem. Guns are also a solution to the criminals. Areas with the toughest gun laws in the country have the worst crime rates.
