The wording of MOST CA ballot measures is so convoluted that EVEN WITH EXPLANATIONS voters have NO IDEA what the issue is.

I'm a little disturbed that the judge took it upon himself to rewrite the title, as it's not his job, and we deal with enough judicial overreach as it is.
